Morris Law, LLC recently settled the liability and underinsured portion of a car accident client’s case for full policy limits of $175,000.00. Morris Law, LLC was able to collect both the bodily injury and property damage portions of limits for the injury claim. The accident occurred on Highway 707 near Murrells Inlet, South Carolina.
Our client, a Myrtle Beach resident, was a passenger in a vehicle traveling westbound on Highway 707 when the at-fault driver slammed into the rear of the vehicle our client was traveling in. The at-fault driver initially reported to the responding South Carolina Highway Patrol that he was sleepy. However, the next day he explained to Morris Law, LLC’s auto accident investigator that the lights of oncoming vehicles blinded him.
