Kelly is originally from Virginia but moved to SC in 2018. She is a 2006 Graduate of  Virginia Intermont College, Magna Cum Laude with a BA  in Paralegal Studies. She is an experienced Litigation Paralegal in the fields of Federal and State Black Lung, and VDOT (VA and TN), and  Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, Premise Liability, and Medical Malpractice, (VA, TN, NC, and SC). She has one grown son and daughter in law. In her spare time, she  enjoys painting, martial arts, going to the beach and doing street ministry.
