Early Life and Education
Attorney Danny Lee Willard, Jr. grew up in upstate South Carolina and graduated from the University of South Carolina, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education. Working as a high school teacher in South Carolina teaching social studies gave him a good background in dealing with the public as well as young people.
Law School
However, the law was Lee’s true passion, so he went on to attend the Charleston School of Law, once again graduating summa cum laude. In 2015, Lee obtained his Juris Doctor. While he was attending law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Board at the Charleston School of Law. In addition, he worked on the Charleston Law Review and won awards in many national competitions.
Personal Life
Lee and Ashley, his wife, moved to Columbia, South Carolina after he graduated, where he worked with a major personal injury law firm. Over the years, he represented many clients, making good use of his energetic determination to get them the compensation they deserved and successfully resolving cases.
